Principles of Personal Data Procesing

The protection of data is very important to us. When using personal data, our principle is to be transparent about why and how we process personal data. We respect your private and personal sphere. We also inform you about the rights of data subjects whose personal data we process.

We process your personal data as the data controller, meaning that we determine how personal data will be processed and for what purpose, for how long, and we select potential additional processors of personal data whose services we need for our activities.

Declaration

We declare that, as the controller of your personal data, we comply with all legal obligations required by applicable legislation, in particular the Personal Data Protection Act and the GDPR Regulation, and therefore that:

  • we process your personal data only on the basis of a valid legal ground, in particular:
    • legitimate interest,
    • performance of a contract,
    • legal obligation,
    • granted consent,
  • we fulfil our information obligation under Article 13 GDPR before starting the processing of personal data,
  • we will support you in exercising your rights under the Personal Data Protection Act and the GDPR Regulation.

Why Do We Process Personal Data, To What Eextent And On What Basis?

We obtain and subsequently process only the personal data you provide, for various reasons and therefore for multiple purposes, always on the basis of legal grounds established by legislation.

Callback / Contacting You – Performance of a Contract

If you contacted us on your own initiative, we use your personal data in the scope of: First name, Last name, email address, and possibly telephone number for the purpose of responding to your message. We process your personal data for 3 years from the date of obtaining them.

Provision of Services – Performance of a Contract

If you are our customer, we require your personal data in the scope of: First name, Last name, Address, email address, and telephone number for the performance of the contract, e.g. delivery of goods, access to an application, sending an online course, responding to your inquiries related to the contractual relationship, etc. We process your personal data for 3 years from the date of obtaining them.

Accounting Records – Legal Obligation

If you are our customer, we process your personal data in the scope of: First name, Last name, Address, email address, and possibly invoicing data in the scope of: Company name, registered office address, Company ID, Tax ID, VAT ID, in order to ensure that issued accounting documents meet statutory obligations for issuing and recording tax documents. We process your personal data for 5 years from the date of obtaining them.

Marketing – Legitimate Interest

If you are our customer, we use your personal data: First name, email address, what you click on when visiting our website, what you click on in emails, possibly last name and gender for the purpose of direct marketing – sending commercial information. If you are our customer, we do so based on legitimate interest for 3 years from the last order, because we reasonably assume that you are interested in our updates.

Marketing – Granted Consent

If you are not our customer, we use your personal data: email address, first name, what you click on when visiting our website, what you click on in emails, possibly last name, gender, date of birth, address, and telephone number for the purpose of direct marketing, sending commercial information related to our products and services, possibly products and services of third parties, or for remarketing and targeted advertising on Facebook, Google, YouTube, and other social networks.

If you are not our customer, we process such data exclusively on the basis of your consent for 3 years from the date the consent was granted.

You may withdraw this consent at any time by:

  • using the link included in the email we sent,
  • contacting us via the contact form and informing us of the withdrawal of your consent,

Processing Based on Legal Obligations

Based on applicable special laws, we process:

  • data in the personnel and payroll agenda of former employees for the fulfilment of the employer’s obligations related to the employment relationship for the purpose of archiving records on health and social insurance, supplementary pension savings, the amount of wages, bonuses, income replacement for health reasons, deductions, tax contributions, etc.,
  • invoicing data for maintaining accounting records,
  • correspondence data for recording incoming and outgoing mail,
  • records of debtors in claims reminders and their resolution,
  • whistleblowing data for handling reports and notifications.

Processing Based on Legitimate Interests

Based on legitimate interests, we process:

  • personal data for the purpose of caring for existing customers, developing mutual cooperation, organizing workshops, lectures, training sessions, conferences, and similar activities related to our products, services, or company brand,
  • data collected automatically on websites and mobile applications (functional and technical cookies for efficient website operation, analytical cookies – Google Analytics, general information about your device, IP address, log data if you use sections of the website requiring login, information obtained through social plugins operated by third parties such as Facebook “Like” button, and other technologies) for efficient website operation, security, providing social network features, content personalization, and analysis of traffic and user behavior.

Processing Based on Granted Consent

Based on granted consent, we process:

  • selected personal data for the purpose of contacting you via a selected communication channel in connection with information you requested or are interested in (information about products, services, etc.),
  • selected personal data for the purpose of sending marketing information, offers, and information related to services and products, events held, etc.,
  • personal data of job applicants for the purpose of potential employment with our company and contacting applicants in the event of a vacancy.

What Types Of Personal Data Do We Pprocess?

The data we process about data subjects primarily belong to the category of ordinary personal data. Special categories of personal data are collected only from employees and collaborators of the company who have given their explicit consent, which they may withdraw at any time.

Whose Data Do We Process?

The data subjects whose data we process are primarily:

  • our customers and partners,
  • visitors to our websites, anonymous and registered,
  • applicants for information or price quotations,
  • job applicants,
  • employees of our suppliers (including subcontractors and associated persons),
  • visitors to our physical premises, offices, or parking areas,
  • former employees,
  • other persons who contact us on their own initiative, e.g. to submit suggestions or complaints, request feedback, provide information, or engage in other communication.

We do not process any personal data in the role of a processor.

Right to Rectification

Right to Data Portability

If you wish to transfer your personal data to another controller, we will proceed in the same way as with the right of access, with the difference that within 30 days we will provide the data in a machine-readable format.

Right to Erasure (Right to Be Forgotten)

You have the right to erasure. In such a case, we will delete all your personal data from our systems and from the systems of all processors, including backups. For the complete deletion, especially from backups and third parties with access to your data, we require 180 days.

In certain cases, we are bound by legal obligations (e.g. retention of tax documents for a statutory period). In such cases, we will delete all personal data not required by law.

Unsubscribing from Newsletters and Commercial Communications

We send emails with offers, inspiration, articles, products, and services if you are our customer based on our legitimate interest. If you are not yet our customer, we send them only based on your consent. In both cases, you may unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email.

Complaint Regarding the Processing of Personal Data
